PixelShips Retro is a space shooter designed to look and feel like an old 1980's arcade game, but with many features older 80's games didn't have. There are 160 different PixelShips you can collect as you pilot them through 50 randomly generated maps filled with enemy drone, force field, volcano, turret, and other hazards. The real-time game engine used is just one of the many features that sets PixelShips Retro apart from other retro-styled games. Other features include 13 original music track, full joystick and gamepad support, 5 different skill level, 16 different weapons to do battle with, 16 kinds of powerups to make life easier and randomly generated enemy drone, which come in 4 varieties of 5 sizes with 12 different weapons. Perhaps the biggest difference of all though is that PixelShips Retro is not a remake or a port.
